According to WDTV, HealthNet responded to a two-vehicle accident in Harrison County Thusday afternoon, July 23.
The accident was reported at approximately 3:05 p.m. on Buckhannon Pike just south of Nutter Fort near Radio Park Drive and was a head-on collision, according to Harrison County 911 officials.
There was one person in each vehicle, according to West Virginia State Police. One driver was flown from the scene while another was taken to the hospital by ambulance, police said.
The Anmoore, Nutter Fort and Stonewood fire departments responded to the scene, along with West Virginia State Police, Harrison County EMS and HealthNet.
There is no word on the extent of any injuries at this time.
