Chinese superstar Adam Fan, also known as Fan Chengcheng, has released his debut full-length English-language album “Skyfall,” expanding his music to international audiences.
The release arrived alongside the music video for focus track “Make It Make Sense.”
“Skyfall” is produced by international music production company Hits Rhythm and A WW Productions, with an outside-China distribution partnership between Hits Rhythm and Pacific Music Group supporting the album’s global rollout. The album features contributions from Western producers, including Grammy-nominated talents.
Adam Fan first rose to prominence through the Chinese survival show “Idol Producer” before debuting as a member of boy group Nine Percent and launching a solo career. He has since starred in television dramas and variety programs including “The Journey Across the Night” and “Keep Running,” building a combined social media following of more than 100 million across platforms in China and Asia.
The album’s title track, “Skyfall,” was cowritten by American artist Lawson, whose writing credits include The Weeknd and Playboi Carti’s “Timeless.”
“Make It Make Sense” was written and produced by Puku, whose credits include the track “Something About You” by Partynextdoor and Drake. Other tracks on the album include “Go Girl,” “TTTM,” “Error,” “Make It Rock,” “Pink” and “Heard of Us.”
