OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A social media influencer known online as “Clavicular” will not face charges after being arrested earlier this year, according to state records obtained by News 6.
Back in February, the social media personality — whose real identity is Braden Peters, 20 — was arrested in connection with an “incident” at an Osceola County Airbnb that Peters was renting, detectives said.
“The victim was battered by (24-year-old) Violet Lentz in a physical altercation,” deputies wrote. “Detectives determined that Braden Peters instigated the fight and posted it on social media to exploit the two women.”

Deputies also said that neither Peters nor Lentz came out to speak with law enforcement when they arrived at the property.
Following an investigation, a warrant was issued for Peters’ arrest on charges including misdemeanor battery and criminal conspiracy to commit battery, and he was ultimately taken into custody, a release from the sheriff’s office shows.
But late last month, News 6 learned that no information had been filed in the case by prosecutors.
Per state records, this lack of charges is because prosecutors felt they were unable to prove the accusations beyond a reasonable doubt.
